Welcome to Worship: Your
Guide to Participation in the Experience of Worship
Our
desire in worship is to express our praise and adoration
to God for who He is and for what He does by how we live.
In corporate worship, we long for Him to reveal Himself
through His Spirit's presence, His Word, and through the
image of Christ in His people. We believe that worship
is not simply an external act, it comes from the center
of our being, from our spirit that is born of the Holy
Spirit through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the
center of our worship. In our services we embrace and
seek to combine the depth and riches of traditional liturgy
and hymnody with contemporary expressions of songs of
praise. We desire Spirit-enabled worship in a style that
is both intimate and dynamic -- with no hype. Learning
to truly worship the living God in the kitchen and the
factory, in the prayer closet and in the sanctuary helps
to release the people of God into a more joyful, loving
service and fruitful living for Him.
