Our vision for our Youth Ministry is to encourage and enable our youth to experience Christ's transforming power and love, so that they would enjoy other believers, grow in Christ-like character, discover their ministry, share their faith, and honor God with their lives.

  • Explore spiritual gifts and avenues of ministry and service both within the church and in the community
  • Train and encourage personal evangelism and outreach

    of spiritual worship to God

Girl's Bible Study
Each Wednesday during the school year from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. the Junior High and Senior High girls meet in the Senior High Youth Room for a Bible study.

Guy's Bible Study
Each Wednesday during the school year from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. the Junior High and Senior High guys meet in the Junior High Youth Room for a Bible study.

The purpose of the studies is for fellowship, worship, community, and personal growth in understanding and applying God's Word to their lives.

This twelve-week study is conducted every other year with the first six-weeks focused on foundations of the Christian faith. Topics studied will include becoming a Christian, baptism, following Jesus, communion, and Christian community. The second six-weeks will introduce the youth to the specific values, ministries, structure, practices, and leadership of Maple Ridge Community Church and it's connection to the Christian & Missionary Alliance denomination.

Each month group-wide events are held to bring the youth together outside the typical church setting. A variety of events are designed to fulfill three purposes:

  • Develop friendships and community through fun activities
  • Invite and welcome non-churched friends to the group
  • Serve the church and community

Missions trips are being planned. Contact the church office for more information.
